| Titan 2390 | |
 | The Titan 2390 has a capacity of 300 kg (660 lb). Gravity rollers allow for low friction manual transfers to/from the load deck. Transfer elevation is accomplished via a manual hand valve on the DC powered hydraulic power unit. A standard 12 VDC deep cycle battery can be charged on board or swapped out with a charged battery for high usage applications. Cart mobility is via the push handles located for correct ergonomics for the complete user size range. Plexi-glass guarding separates the operator from the mast lift components. A special end-of-deck profile mechanically interlocks with a press-mounted bracket and tool storage rack feature to prevent the cart from separating during tool transfers. |

A standard pair of 12 VDC deep cycle batteries (24 VDC system) can be charged on board or swapped out with a charged battery set for high usage applications. Green Valley Manufacturing, Inc. has added three standard low capacity free-ranging Titan mold/die change carts to its extensive line of QDC equipment. These new Titan tool change carts are designed specifically for smaller manufacturers with tools weighing below 2000 lb. Standard features include DC powered hydraulic mast lift, caster mobility, press/rack to cart mechanical interlock, gravity roller deck and die safety stop bar.
