Please allow me to introduce you to Green Valley Manufacturing, Inc of Mt. Zion, Illinois. While we are a small firm, we are over 15 years old and we have served many well known customers over that period. We take pride in the good reputation our firm has acquired in the industry.
Our core business is Quick Tool Change of dies in the cold rolled steel stamping industry and molds in the plastic injection molding business. Most of the dies and molds that we handle weigh over 5,000 pounds, while others reach 100,000 pounds. Obviously, this is heavy weight and expensive tooling.
What we do, and we do it very well in my opinion, is to custom design and manufacture tool handling equipment that meets three special needs. These are:
► Low tool transfer time and cost, hence high press efficiency,
► Long term equipment endurance, equipment that lasts years if well maintained,
► Safe performance for the operator. We specialize in protecting hands, fingers, toes, legs, eyes and the other possible injuries that often occur in tool changing.

What works well for us is to find a firm with tool changing needs. Then we get the engineering details from the firm, or from our Application Engineer who makes a site visit. Next, we engineer and build a really high quality and high performance cart, shuttle table, storage rack or other component that meets the customer needs.
